How does SAINEER machinery solve gearbox fault quickly?

There is a running-in period for the reducer we are using. During the running-in trial operation (24 hours running time), oil leakage and grease may occur in the shaft seal ring in a short period of time. But it does not rule out the following faults in the deceleration opportunity.            

When the gear reducer has uniform running noise when it is abnormal, it is understood that there are two reasons for the analysis. One is rolling or rolling noise, and the other is bearing failure. The second is the impact noise, the gear teeth are not uniform. When our motor equipment fails above, we should check whether there is any problem with lubricating oil and replace the drawing rod. When abnormality occurs, the machine emits uneven operation noise, it must be foreign matter in the oil. First, we must stop running the transmission device, and first test the lubricating oil used. When the motor is re-running or the drive shaft is driven, the drive shaft does not rotate. We can consider that the axle-wheel connection in the reducer is broken. At this time, the motor should be stopped and repaired in time.
