1. Improving the Quality of Mechanical Assembly            

Before the assembly of the reducer, the relevant personnel need to check the components and components assembled to see if they are uniform, conform to the specifications and are dedicated to the reducer. The replacement components needed in the maintenance process of reducer should be in accordance with the original parts in standard. When disassembling these parts, the relevant personnel should also be careful to avoid damaging the parts [4]. If the surface of the parts is still incomplete, the relevant personnel should replace them. The components made of polymer materials can be processed and repaired without disassembly. When the relevant personnel assemble the reducer at the beginning, they should choose this material. In view of the leakage failure, the relevant personnel should replace the sealing gasket or apply sealant, so that the seal can be restored as before, and then replace the lubricating oil to ensure the quality of the lubricating oil. Therefore, the relevant personnel should take all types of reducer as the research object. In the process of fault treatment, the way of handling is very important. Fault analysis and diagnosis are also very important. The former belongs to the result, and the latter belongs to the process. In the process of treatment, only by finding out the cause and location of the fault, can the method of fault treatment be achieved. And after the treatment of the fault, the frequency of the recurrence of the fault will be reduced. Relevant personnel must properly handle the failure and make relevant records.
